Environmental communication researcher and independent consultant

I help people and organizations develop clear, engaging messages that audiences can understand and act on.

With a PhD from the University of Oxford, I specialize in communication research, strategy, and training, particularly around climate, health, science, and environmental issues.

I combine social science research with practical experience in storytelling, policy, and public engagement to help organizations communicate complex issues more effectively. I’ve delivered more than 40 workshops across nine countries.

I design, conduct, and advise on research to understand audiences, messages, narratives, media environments, and the factors that shape how people engage with complex issues.

Training & workshops

I deliver entertaining, evidence-based workshops on storytelling, public speaking, and effective communication. I’ve delivered more than 40 workshops across nine countries for organizations such as the Stockholm Environment Institute, Nature, Bayer, and multiple universities.

Communication strategy

I translate research and evidence into practical communication strategies, including audience research, message development, narrative framing, and engagement approaches.
